Another Friday Alone

Today marks my second Friday spent buried deep within India. If I was still located in the greater Kansas City area it would be just after lunchtime where we most likely would have discussed our plan for creating a ruckus in the next few days. Meanwhile I am located in the middle of India where causing a ruckus could land me in prison, with a few less fingers, or a nice bamboo cane pattern laid across my back. After a long day in the office, where I got my first real taste to management (that’s right I pissed off one of my teams of 6), I was preparing for a long and boring night, alone, on my couch. That’s right, this is the part of the post where you get tear up slightly, start to feel sad, and wish that I was there so you could go out and play with me. Don’t worry, Rachel called and invited me out to a Vietnamese restaurant with her and her family. Before, during and after dinner, I decided that I want the backyard of the house I do not yet own to be modeled after this restaurant. There were tall greens, fountains, statues with flame, oriental lamps and lights, Koi ponds, it what gorgeous. Oh and don’t forget the food was also delicious. I had a trio mushroom soup with chili, and fried lamb with chili and mint sauce. Sounds spicy but let me tell you it was just right with amazing flavors.

On an side note it has been brought to my attention that the link to this page has been handed out like candy at a parade. I now have a lot of readers out there that are wondering when I figured out how to creatively write. Stop wondering, I don’t know either, I setup a blog and it just started coming out. With that being said I feel it is important to get something off my chest and be shared with all my readers. Yesterday I told Stella not to cook dinner for me as I was going out to eat. I stretched the truth a bit and I really wanted American food that tasted like American food should. Yes, that in fact mean I made my own dinner….it was excellent and I am convinced I still got it.

For all you single lady readers out there, once I return from my trip abroad I will make a great catch, I can cook, and parents love me. Keep that in mind.

Blake you are still my bitch regardless of your location in the world.

Since our Cyclones had an 'off' year, maybe this would be a great time to set up a Cyclone fan base in India where they do not know any better.
